Al-Ittihad without Benzema lost to league leaders Saudi Arabia

In the central match of the 22nd round of the Saudi Professional League, Al-Hilal hosted Al-Ittihad.

The visitors took the lead early in the match, with midfielder N'Golo Kante finding the net in the 12th minute. However, Al-Hilal managed to equalize before halftime, as Al-Shehri scored in the 39th minute, sending both teams into the break with the score tied.

After the break, the hosts seized the lead, courtesy of a goal from Brazilian winger Malcom. Al-Hilal continued to dominate the game and control the proceedings. In the 67th minute, Abdulhamid, assisted by Milinkovic-Savic, scored the third goal of the match, sealing the victory for Al-Hilal.

Al-Hilal secured a convincing 3-1 win, extending their lead in the Professional League with a total of 62 points.
