Details: According to reports from Nicolo Schira, an official transfer request from Al Hilal regarding the move of 26-year-old Portuguese national team winger Rafael Leão was received today at AC Milan's office.
The Rossoneri management has made it clear they have no intention of selling one of the team's key players for less than 100 million euros — despite head coach Simone Inzaghi and sporting director Igli Tare having placed a ban on Leão's departure before the start of the season.
The player himself also shows no desire to leave Europe, which could prove decisive in this saga.
It was previously reported that Bayern Munich is making every effort to secure the coveted signature of the Portuguese star on a contract.
Leão's contract with Milan runs until 2028, and the portal Transfermarkt values the player at 70 million euros.
