However, according to Kooora, the club’s hierarchy remains calm. An internal source was quoted:
“Riveiro is staying. It’s not logical to judge a coach after two official matches.”

Al Ahly’s management stressed that Riveiro was hired for a long-term project, not short-term fixes. While they acknowledged the supporters’ frustration, they reaffirmed that any evaluations will only be made at the end of the season.
