Details: Al-Ahli is currently in negotiations with Salah, although the 32-year-old winger is keen to remain at Anfield, he hasn’t ruled out a move to the Middle East.
His teammate, Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk, is also on Al-Ahli's radar, ranking second on the club’s priority list, according to Caught Offside.
The club plans to offer both players a three-year contract with the option of extending it for an additional season.
Reminder: Salah's and van Dijk’s contracts with Liverpool are set to expire at the end of the current season, and so far, there has been no official information about extensions. Salah has been linked to Saudi clubs for some time, and Liverpool may eventually have to part ways with him.
As for van Dijk, the situation is less clear, as he has yet to engage in talks with other clubs, making his potential transfer less imminent.
