The former Senegal international is to become the French club’s director of football.

Demba Ba is set to leave Dunkerque for Le Havre. The Le Havre club is looking to the Senegalese to spearhead its new project. Demba Ba’s work at Dunkerque is said to have convinced Le Havre’s management of their choice.

According to Foot Mercato, an agreement was reached on Wednesday 10 June between Demba Ba and Le Havre AC for the role of director of football. The former Senegal international is set to succeed Mathieu Bodmer, who has announced his departure. The Senegalese will join Le Havre alongside Romain Decool, his recruitment manager at Dunkerque.
