Frank Lampard is set to make his Premier League return this summer, but it could mean leaving Coventry, the club he led to Championship glory. According to The Sun, Crystal Palace have reached out to the manager, offering him the chance to take the reins following Oliver Glasner’s departure.
The 47-year-old Lampard enjoyed a triumphant campaign with Coventry, guiding the club back to the Premier League for the first time in 25 years. However, reports suggest the manager is unsure whether the Sky Blues’ board can provide the resources needed to survive in the top flight.
Fulham are also showing interest in Lampard, should Marco Silva leave. Still, it’s Crystal Palace who have made the first concrete move for the former Chelsea and Everton boss.
