African champion Naomi Eto joins Denver Summit FC in the NWSL

The Cameroonian international striker has signed a contract until 2027 with an option to extend.

Naomi Eto is embarking on a new chapter in her professional career. After her spell at Paris Saint-Germain in France, the Indomitable Lioness is joining the National Women’s Soccer League in the United States.

She has signed for Denver Summit FC until 2027 with an option for 2028. The 21-year-old forward arrives in the United States following Cameroon’s historic triumph at the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

Naomi Eto played a key role in the Indomitable Lionesses’ success this summer in Morocco. The Cameroonian international distinguished herself with two assists and a goal in the final against Malawi.

But after the French women’s league, the Cameroonian striker will take on a new challenge in the National Women’s Soccer League. The former Amazone FAP player in Cameroon brings her European experience with her.

Naomi Eto thus becomes the third Cameroonian to join the National Women’s Soccer League. Prior to her arrival, Monique Ngock had signed for Washington Spirit, whilst Maëva Nyadjou recently joined Kansas City Current.
