AFCON Morocco 2025: Deadline for Preliminary List Submissions This Friday

This Friday, November 21, 2025, marks the final day for submitting the extended provisional lists of 55 players for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco. While this date was set by CAF, according to the regulations of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), each team qualified for AFCON 2025 must submit its preliminary list of 55 players before midnight tonight.

After this deadline, any player not included on this list will not be eligible for selection for the final tournament. Some nations, such as Cameroon and Nigeria, have already met this requirement.

The final list of 23 to 27 players must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025, 10 days before the tournament kicks off on December 21.
