AFCON 2027 Qualifiers: Sierra Leone Name Squad for DR Congo Double-Header

Sierra Leone has unveiled their 25-man squad for the November international break as they prepare for a double-header against DR Congo in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Sierra Leone are yet to record a win after losing their opening two rounds of qualifiers in September. They suffered a narrow 3-2 defeat to Zim before playing out a 1-1 draw with Tanzania.

They will now aim to get their campaign back on track when they face DR Congo in the upcoming Matchday Three and Four fixtures. The first meeting will take place at the Stade des Martyrs in Kinshasa on Thursday, November 12, 2026, before Sierra Leone hosts the return fixture four days later in Morocco due to stadium availability.
