AFCON 2027 Qualifiers Draw Revealed as Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal and Egypt Learn Opponents
The official draw for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers has been completed in Cairo, with Africa’s top nations discovering their opponents for the road to AFCON 2027.
Defending champions Morocco were drawn in Group A alongside Gabon, Niger, and Lesotho.
The qualification campaign is scheduled to begin in September 2026 and will continue until March 2027, with teams battling for places at the next edition of Africa’s biggest football tournament.
