The Malian national team is preparing for the November 2026 international break.

A double-header against Rwanda awaits the Eagles on 13 and 17 November as part of the third and fourth matchdays of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. The Malian national team will first host their opponents at home before travelling to Rwanda four days later for the fourth matchday.

Ahead of these two matches, Anthony Da Silva will announce the squad list on Monday 2 November. This will take place during a press conference hosted by the Portuguese manager in Bamako.

No major clues have emerged so far regarding the squad’s composition. However, it could feature some players returning to the squad and others missing out.

In the next two qualifying fixtures, Mali will be looking to build on their momentum. The Eagles had a perfect start with two wins in their first two matches.

But the task looks set to be a difficult one against Rwanda, who have also won both their matches. The Rwandans sit top of Group K, level on points with Mali.
