Adebayor Picks Salah as Premier League’s African GOAT

Former Arsenal and Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor has named Mohamed Salah as the greatest African player in Premier League history, placing him above Didier Drogba, Jay Jay Okocha and John Mikel Obi.

Speaking in an Instagram video, Adebayor praised top stars, describing Okocha and Riyad Mahrez as players he would “travel 10 hours on a bus… to go and watch.” He called Mikel “great” and said he was “great to watch.”

On Drogba, he said, “He’s… my Premier League goat African,” before adding, “For me, Mo Salah would have to be the goat… 188 goals up to date and he’s still going” now.
