The Nigeria international missed Wednesday morning’s training session as Milan continued preparations for their UEFA Europa League encounter against Premier League side Bournemouth.

According to reports from Italy, Chukwueze experienced discomfort in his left hip, prompting concerns over his availability for the coming weeks.

The 27-year-old is also expected to visit a specialist for further assessment to determine the severity of the injury and establish a possible recovery timeline.

Chukwueze has enjoyed an impressive start to the season under Ruben Amorim, registering two assists in eight appearances across all competitions.
