Cameroon was knocked out in the quarter-finals of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations by the host country, Morocco. But although the Indomitable Lions were unable to reach the last four of the tournament, Aboubakar Nagida has no regrets about the journey he and his teammates made. He is delighted to have taken part and is looking ahead to the future.
‘I am proud to have been able to participate in this Africa Cup of Nations with my country. Despite our elimination, we will continue to work together to achieve our goals,’ said Aboubakar Nagida. During the tournament, the Cameroonian left-back played three games and delivered one assist.
