Abdou Diallo’s spell in Qatar is certainly drawing to a close. On loan at Umm Salal SC from Al-Arabi SC, the Senegal international’s contract expires this summer. But he is clearly not set to extend his stay in the Qatari league.
The former Paris Saint-Germain, Dortmund and Leipzig player is reportedly considering a return to Europe to continue his career. Clubs in France, Germany and England are monitoring the situation of the 29-year-old Senegalese player, according to Florian Plettenberg. Abdou Diallo’s experience is seen as an asset for a potential signing next season.
