A well-known insider has reacted to Chelsea's attributed interest in the Bournemouth defender
Chelsea's interest in Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez has been leaked in the media recently, amid reports that this is the position they want to close down at Stamford Bridge.
Still, according to Fabrizio Romano, it's not all that clear-cut. As the insider wrote in his column in The Daily Briefing, top clubs in Italy, Germany and England are regularly keeping tabs on the 20-year-old Hungarian defender, but so far there are no specifics.
Bournemouth are not going to sell Kerkez either, as the Cherries only signed him last summer. So it is too early to talk about any transfer, despite the fact that the player is highly valued in Europe.
In the current season Kerkez played in 26 matches of Bournemouth in all tournaments, where he marked one effective pass. Transfermarkt values the Hungarian national team player at 20 million euros.
