Portuguese agent Jorge Mendes, who represents a host of high-profile footballers, is currently in England. And no, not for the sake of taking a holiday.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Mendes has arrived in Foggy Albion to discuss the transfers of his clients, namely Joao Felix and Manuel Ugarte. The former is close to a move to Chelsea, while the latter is interested in Manchester United.
It is on the Uruguayan that a well-known insider gives more details. Ugarte himself and Manchester United agreed all personal terms a few weeks ago, but not everything is so smooth at club level.
"The Mancunians are demanding that PSG lower the price or they will need to make another sale. Otherwise, they will move on to another cheaper option at Old Trafford. What it could be, Romano does not say.
