A top club has rejected the transfer of a Serie A star player

Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee has attracted top European clubs with his form, including Serie A teams, but we will not see the Dutchman in one of them.

According to Sky Sport Germany, Bayern Munich, who have been linked with the striker, are not keen on paying the €40 million clausula for the player.

This is due to the fact that the "recordmeister" is satisfied with the form of their current forwards: Harry Kane and Mathys Tel, with whom Munich have recently extended the contract, therefore there is no need to strengthen the attack.

It is reported that Italian giants Milan, Inter and Juventus, as well as Manchester United are still interested in the player.

Zirkzee has played 30 matches for Bologna this season, in which he scored 11 goals and six assists. Transfermarkt values the 22-year-old striker at 40 million euros.
