The Saudi representatives approached the 24-year-old Brazilian's team with a lucrative offer, but Vinícius rejected the proposal and expressed his desire to stay with Real Madrid. The delegation from the Public Investment Fund and the Saudi Ministry of Sports aimed to make Vinícius the face of the upcoming 2034 World Cup.
It's worth noting that the host for the upcoming tournament will be confirmed at the FIFA Congress on December 11, with Saudi Arabia's bid currently uncontested.
Despite this setback, it's likely that Saudi representatives will renew their interest in Vinícius in the future.
Additionally, it's been reported that Real Madrid's head coach Carlo Ancelotti has agreed to sign Al-Nassr defender Aymeric Laporte, but the Madrid club has set certain conditions for the transfer to proceed.
