The Polish Football Association (PZPN) has officially announced that the 24th round Betclic 1. Liga fixture of the 2025/26 season between Śląsk Wrocław and Wisła Kraków, scheduled for March 7, will not take place. The reason is Wisła Kraków's decision to refuse the trip to Wrocław.
Earlier, Śląsk had denied Wisła fans entry to the stadium, sparking a strong reaction from the Kraków side. Wisła will not travel for the match, and the club's management has officially notified the PZPN of their decision.
The federation noted that the final decision in the event of a team's no-show will be made by the match official on site, in accordance with the regulations. It is expected that the referees and Śląsk players will take to the pitch, but the game will be abandoned after a few minutes.

The conflict is unlikely to end here. Both teams now face the threat of a technical defeat. Wisła's president has stated that if the club is sanctioned, they will file a lawsuit against the PZPN.
