Filipe Luís embarks on a new chapter of his coaching career after a successful spell in Brazil. Monaco's management is counting on the young coach to instill a modern attacking style and help the club compete for top places in Ligue 1, as well as make a strong showing in European competitions.
Luís's previous club was Brazil's Flamengo, with whom he won the Copa Libertadores, but he was dismissed following a conflict with the management.
