Liverpool academy graduate Rio Ngumoha has etched his name into club history, becoming the youngest-ever Premier League goalscorer for the Reds at Anfield.

Details: This historic feat unfolded during Matchday 32 against Fulham. In the 36th minute, the young winger finished off a pinpoint pass from Florian Wirtz, opening the scoring in the game.

Ngumoha’s achievement is truly remarkable: he found the net at just 17 years and 225 days old. This means he surpassed Raheem Sterling’s long-standing record—set in October 2012—when Sterling scored against Reading at the age of 17 years and 317 days.

Notably, this was already his second goal of the season.
