A legendary English manager will rekindle his career for the sake of a Championship club
Renowned English tactician Neil Warnock is on the brink of making a return to the coaching ranks. The 74-year-old mentor is in talks with London's Queens Park Rangers (QPR) regarding a potential appointment. Neil Warnock was dismissed from Huddersfield just a month ago. It has been reported that he had decided to draw his career to a close.
The leadership of Queens Park Rangers opted to part ways with Gareth Ainsworth, as the team garnered only 8 points in 14 matches and currently resides in the relegation zone for League One.
Neil Warnock has been involved in coaching since 1980, earning the distinction of being England's record holder, having guided his teams to promotion a remarkable eight times. In the English Premier League, apart from QPR, the coach has steered Sheffield United and Cardiff to their respective campaigns.
It is noteworthy that he previously served at QPR from 2010 to 2012, overseeing their triumphant Championship campaign in the 2010/2011 season.
