In Chelsea’s latest Premier League outing, the Blues drew with Burnley but again finished the match with a player sent off, as Wesley Fofana received a red card. On top of that, he now faces financial consequences.
Details: According to Topskills Sports UK, Chelsea’s management has fined the central defender £10,000. The club is reportedly frustrated with the number of red cards the team has accumulated this season and has decided to impose financial penalties on offending players.
As previously reported, Chelsea remains the least disciplined team in the Premier League this season. The Blues have already seen six players sent off — more than any other club in the current campaign.
