Sources report that Bayern Munich are closely monitoring the situation around the Brazilian winger, whose contract with the Spanish club runs out in a year.
Negotiations to extend his deal with Real have reportedly stalled. Vinicius is hoping for a salary on par with or even higher than Kylian Mbappé, but Real's management is not prepared to meet those demands. As a result, the club is considering selling the player this summer to avoid losing him on a free transfer.
The two sides are expected to revisit contract talks after the World Cup. Meanwhile, Real president Florentino Pérez is said to be determined not to let one of the team's leaders leave for nothing.
Last season, Vinicius played 53 matches for Real, scoring 22 goals and providing 14 assists. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at €140 million, and his contract with Real runs until 2027.
