A former coach in African football gives his predictions for CAN 2025 Claude Le Roy

Claude Le Roy, the Frenchman and owner of the biggest legacy in African football as a foreign coach, returns to the CAN tournament today, but to express his opinion about the tournament, not to stand on the coaching line of one of the six teams he previously coached, but to express his opinion, at the age of 77, about the teams that are expected to provide good football in the tournament and the team that will win the championship.

In his opinion, Morocco is the most fortunate team to win the championship because they have a special team and a veteran coach in major tournaments, especially considering the last World Cup, which they presented to be the third in the world.

"Morocco has everything to succeed in a great CAN. It is a solid team, well supervised, which will play at home. This is logically the number one favorite."Claude Le Roy said.

He added that there will be other teams that will have a strong presence in the tournament, such as Ivory Coast, the champion of the last edition, Senegal, in addition to other teams such as Algeria, Egypt, and Cameroon as well.
