It is reported that while “the Three Lions” head coach Thomas Tuchel previously lacked faith in Maguire, Harry is now considered one of the key players who will help lead England at the 2026 World Cup.
Notably, Maguire has not been called up to the national team since Thomas Tuchel took charge. His last appearance for England was on 7 September 2024 against Ireland, and he hasn't featured in an England shirt since then.
This season, Maguire has played 19 matches for Manchester United, netting 2 goals and providing 1 assist. His current contract with the Red Devils expires this coming summer, and his market value is estimated at €10 million by Transfermarkt.
