At the beginning of each year, a large-scale charity event called the "Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity" takes place in Robert Lewandowski’s home country, and this year, the Barcelona forward has joined in.
Details: Lewandowski organized an auction where the prize is two tickets to any Barcelona home match, as well as the opportunity to attend a post-match training session with the team.
This event is usually closed to outsiders, but for Lewandowski and, specifically, the winners of his auction, the Barcelona bosses made an exception.
The auction began on Tuesday and will run until May 25. As of the publication of this material, the highest bid stood at 51,500 zlotys (nearly $12,500).
In 2025, the Polish "Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity" is raising funds to cover the needs of pediatric oncology and hematology.
Reminder: It was previously reported that Barcelona president Joan Laporta will pay bonuses to the club's players for their victory in the Spanish Super Cup, despite this not being stipulated in their contracts.
