Details: In yesterday's final qualifying match for the 2026 World Cup, the Belgium national team hosted one of the group's underdogs—Liechtenstein.
In addition to a resounding 7-0 victory and securing first place in the group for a direct World Cup berth, Belgian fans were also treated to the debut of 23-year-old Manchester United goalkeeper Senne Lammens, who made his first-ever start for the national team.

Although Lammens didn't have much work to do—Liechtenstein managed just two shots all game, with only one on target—this doesn't diminish the significance of this achievement for the young shot-stopper.
To date, Lammens remains unbeaten in matches since making his first start for Manchester United.
Lammens joined Manchester United from Belgian side Antwerp in September this year for €21 million.
Reminder: Manchester United do not plan to sign a new midfielder in winter and will wait for summer
