Roma is setting off a domino effect on the transfer market.

Details: According to the latest report from Sky Sport Italia, Roma has reached an agreement with Bologna for the transfer of striker Santiago Castro. The deal is valued at €35 million plus additional bonuses.

At the same time, the clubs have agreed on a loan move for Artem Dovbyk to Bologna. However, the Ukrainian forward still needs to give his final approval for the transfer to go through.

This means Castro is set to move to Rome, while Dovbyk could spend the next season in a Bologna shirt.

It's worth noting that in the 2025/26 season, Santiago Castro played 51 matches for Bologna across all competitions, netting 11 goals and providing 3 assists.

Artem Dovbyk, meanwhile, was La Liga's top scorer: in the 2023/24 season, the Ukrainian bagged 24 goals for Girona and claimed the Pichichi Trophy.

Reminder: Transfer twist! PSG diamond could make a surprise move to Roma.
