2027 AFCON U-20 Qualifiers: The groups for WAFU-B tournament have been revealed

The teams taking part in the WAFU-B qualifying tournament for the 2027 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations now know their opponents. The draw, which took place on Wednesday 15 July in Abidjan, revealed the composition of the two groups.
Group A comprises Ivory Coast, Benin and Niger, whilst Group B comprises Nigeria, Ghana, Togo and Burkina Faso. The WAFU-B tournament, which serves as a qualifier for the 2027 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations, will take place from 26 July to 9 August 2026 in Yamoussoukro, Ivory Coast.
