Today, September 10, matches of the 2nd round of the Third Round of 2026 World Cup qualifiers in Asia are being held.
To recap, in this round, 18 teams are divided into three groups of six. After 10 rounds, six teams will qualify for the World Cup—the top two teams from each group. The 3rd and 4th placed teams will continue to battle for a spot at the World Cup through the playoffs.
