Three African players have emerged as the finalists for the annual Marc-Vivien Foé Award in Ligue 1 this season.

Senegalese talents Lamine Camara of AS Monaco and Moussa Niakhaté of Olympique Lyonnais headline the nominees, alongside Mali’s Mamadou Sangaré, who has been a key figure for RC Lens this season.

The annual award, presented by FRANCE 24 and Radio France Internationale (RFI), the Marc-Vivien Foé Prize, celebrates the best African player competing in Ligue 1. The winner will be announced on 11 May.
