2025 AFCON - Zambia: Preliminary 55-Player Squad Unveiled
The preliminary 55-player squad for Zambia's 2025 AFCON has been unveiled. Zambia's national team coach, Moses Sichone, presented this preliminary list of players in preparation for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2025), which will take place in Morocco from December 21, 2020 to January 18, 2026.
The squad includes talents such as Jadel Katongo, Manchester City defender, and Jack Kalichi Lahne, who plays in Austria. Lahne recently scored his first international goal, sparking excitement among Chipolopolo fans. The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) is looking to strengthen its squad by integrating players from the diaspora.
