Kristjan Asllani's farewell to European football is becoming increasingly real.

Details: Renowned insider Fabrizio Romano reports that Kristjan Asllani has opened doors to Al Jazira after a direct approach to the midfielder. Negotiations between the Emirati club and Inter are currently ongoing.

The 24-year-old Albanian returned to Inter this summer after loan spells at Torino and Beşiktaş, where he scored 2 goals in 17 matches in the second half of last season. However, the midfielder is not part of the Nerazzurri's plans, and the club is ready to consider his departure for a fee of around €10 million. Interest from Sassuolo and Cagliari never turned into concrete offers, and now the ambitious Abu Dhabi club has entered the race with serious intentions.

A move to the UAE would offer Asllani the regular playing time he has been craving for years. It's worth noting that Transfermarkt values the Albanian midfielder at €12 million, and his current contract with Inter runs until the summer of 2028.

Reminder: Deal off! Luis Henrique's Roma move collapses as the Brazilian never said yes.
