McGregor planned to construct the grand house in Straffan, County Kildare, featuring a basement with a sauna, jacuzzi, cinema room, indoor pool, and gym. The property would also include an outdoor parking area, bar, and games room.

McGregor was the founder of Proper No. Twelve Whiskey but sold the brand to Proximo Spirits, which has now decided to sever its association with him for marketing purposes.

"Going forward, we do not plan to use Mr. McGregor’s name and likeness in the marketing of the brand," Proximo Spirits stated.

Several retailers have also removed McGregor-associated products from their shelves, including Proper No. Twelve Whiskey and Forged Irish Stout, a beer brand owned by the fighter. Retailers such as Musgrave, BWG Foods, Tesco, and others have announced they will no longer stock these items.

Nikita Hand accused McGregor of physical and sexual assault during a Christmas party at a Dublin hotel penthouse in 2018. Last Friday, a jury found McGregor guilty. As part of the ruling, McGregor has been ordered to pay Hand £210,000 in damages.

Following the incident, Ní Laimhin says she had to end her relationship with her partner and leave her job as a hairdresser due to ensuing mental health challenges. She also had to stop her sessions with a psychologist because she could no longer afford them.

Her initial police report in August 2020 was dismissed by the Attorney General due to insufficient evidence, which prevented a criminal conviction from being pursued.

Previously, McGregor’s lawyers submitted a statement to the court asserting that the encounter between their client and Ní Laimhin was consensual.

By the second round, Topuria found his rhythm, landing increasingly precise shots, but Holloway responded with counterattacks, remaining resilient.

The Australian had no choice but to tap, signaling Chimaev’s victory by submission.
