In the winter transfer window, West Ham defender Thilo Kehrer went on loan to Monaco until the end of the season, and the 27-year-old was a good fit for the Monegasques.

"Hammers" announced that the German moved to the French club on a permanent basis. The amount of the transfer is not disclosed, but the portal Transfermarkt calls the figure of 11 million euros. The length of the contract was disclosed in Monaco, saying that Kehrer signed a four-year contract.

Ligue 1 is far from being a stranger to the 27-year-old centre-back, as he represented PSG in 2018-2022, and it was from there that West Ham bought him for €12 million.

This season, Kehrer has played in 14 games for Monaco, contributing one assists. With his actions on the pitch, he helped the team finish second in Ligue 1 and qualify for the Champions League.
