Belgian world champion Luca Brecel and 12-time world champion Englishwoman Reanne Evans won the 2024 World Mixed Doubles tournament held in Manchester, competing as a mixed pair.

In the final match, the English-Belgian duo defeated the British pair of Mark Selby and Rebecca Kenna with a score of 4-2.

During the final, Brecel and Evans initially led 2-0, but Selby and Kenna managed to equalize the score. However, the decisive frames ultimately favored the Brecel-Evans duo.

For their victory in the tournament, Brecel and Evans each earned $30,000.

This win marked the first World Mixed Doubles victory in the careers of both athletes.

Last year, the World Mixed Doubles was won by the English-Thai pair Neil Robertson and Mink Nutcharut. At that time, Selby and Kenna also lost in the final.
